2. Don't be fooled by the name of this recipe. It is not actually a pesto in the traditional sense, but it is technically a pesto (aka sauce).
So, Pistachio Pesto! The easiest thing you'll ever make.
The directions are so sparse, that I'll forgo a step by step list. Basically, add all ingredients to food processor, blend, and enjoy!
So blend it up, eat it up, and if you're feeling extra kind, throw some in a jar, make a pretty tag, and gift it for [insert non-religion-specific holiday here]. Because everyone loves gourmet sauce! (Right?)
